Description

Description:

This specialist product was designed to return all ageing tiled floors back to their original state, removing all layers of dirt, acrylic polish, grease, wax, oil, old water based sealant layers that form on the surface over time, breaking them down so as they can be easily removed and collected from the surface. It restores colour and texture and all treated surfaces will look cleaner and brighter ready to be re-sealed with a suitable S.M.P. Product.

Properties:

This product has a very low odour and is safe to use around any sensitive surfaces such as metal, aluminium, glass etc… It can be mixed using either hot or cold water and due to it’s formulation it both dissolves the dirt and collects it on the surface making the residue very easy to remove.

Directions for use:

Dilute with equal quantities of cold water and apply liberaly to the floor leaving it for 5 - 10 minutes giving it time to work. Agitate the surface with a stiff brush, and rinse off the residue thoroughly with clean water changing the water frequently. Repeat the above steps if necessary to obtain a completely cleaned floor. In the final rinse water add a half cupful of vinegar (to neutralise the surface) and allow to dry thoroughly before re-treating the surface with a suitable product from the S.M.P. Product Range. N.B. The use of a wet and dry vacuum will make the removal of loosened residues much easier as it is important to remove all layers before they dry.

Protection and Maintenance:

After re-sealing use S.M.P. Sealed Floor Maintainer as a regular cleaning agent as this will clean without leaving any build ups on the floor like some other household products. Also the use of S.M.P. Wash & Shine directly afterwards will keep the floor looking glossy.

Coverage:

1 litre will restore approximately 30sq. metres of tiles (diluted).
